Social Media Management

The posting that never gets done, done every week.

Your Facebook and Instagram handled properly: scheduled posts, captions written, stories up, comments answered. So when someone checks you out before calling, your page looks like a business worth trusting with the job.

Why it matters

Your page is a reference check you didn't know you were failing.

Almost nobody books a trade off an Instagram post. Almost everybody looks at the page before they book. A profile whose last post is from March, with no captions and no replies, quietly costs you jobs you never hear about.

Consistency reads as competence

A page posted to every week says the business is busy and organised. A page abandoned for four months says something else entirely, whether it's true or not.

It makes your ads believable

When an ad stops someone scrolling, the first thing they do is tap the profile. If the ad is polished and the page is empty, the ad stops working.

It stops being your 9pm job

The realistic alternative isn't you posting more. It's you meaning to post, and not. Handing it over is the only version that actually happens week after week.

Be clear on this

We post it. We don't shoot it.

This is the thing most people get wrong about social media management, so it's worth being blunt: this service covers the posting, not the producing.

What's included

  • 12 to 20+ scheduled posts a month, depending on tier
  • A caption written for every single post
  • Scheduling across Facebook and Instagram
  • Stories on the Growth tier
  • Community management: comments and DMs
  • Content and posting strategy on Growth
  • Monthly analytics reporting
  • Approval workflow in your client portal

What's not

  • Making the photos and videos
  • Paid advertising, which is Meta Ads Management
  • Website updates or blog writing
  • Google Business Profile management

You either supply your own photos and video, or add Content Creation and we produce it. Both are completely normal. Plenty of trade businesses have years of job photos sitting in a phone.

Two tiers

Essential keeps the lights on. Growth builds an audience.

Essential · $700/month

12 posts a month

  • Scheduling across your platforms
  • Captions written for each post
  • Basic analytics summary
  • Limited community management

For a business that just needs the page to stop looking abandoned.

Growth · $1,000/month

20+ posts, stories and full community management

  • Everything in Essential
  • Stories
  • Full community management
  • Content and posting strategy
  • Monthly analytics report

For a business treating social as a real channel, usually alongside ads.

Both tiers carry a one-off $750 onboarding fee covering account setup, strategy and your first content schedule. If you take Meta Ads or the monthly content package as well, you pay that $750 once across everything. Full pricing.

How it runs

A month, from planning to posted.

Content plan

We build the month's schedule around what you've got on, what's seasonal, and the content categories we agreed at onboarding. You see it before anything is written.

Captions and scheduling

Every post gets a caption written for it, not a hashtag dump. Everything gets queued in the right order at the right times.

You approve in the portal

Draft, in review, approved, scheduled, posted. You can see exactly where every piece sits and leave a comment on anything you want changed.

Posted and managed

It goes up on schedule, and comments and DMs get answered. Genuine enquiries get passed straight to you rather than sitting unread.

Monthly report

Reach, engagement, follower movement and what we'd change next month. Short and readable.

Questions

What management does and doesn't cover.

Does social media management include making the photos and videos?

No, and this is the thing people most often assume. Social Media Management covers scheduling, captions, stories and community management. The photos and videos are either supplied by you, or produced separately through Content Creation. We keep them priced separately so you never pay for production you don’t need.

What if I already have plenty of photos and video?

Then you may not need Content Creation at all. Send us what you have and we’ll schedule, caption and post it. Plenty of trade businesses have years of job photos sitting in a phone doing nothing.

Which platforms do you post to?

Facebook and Instagram, which is where the audience for most trade and service businesses actually is. If you have an active audience somewhere else we’ll talk about whether it’s worth including.

Do I get to see posts before they go up?

Yes. Content goes into your client portal with a status of draft, in review, approved, scheduled or posted, so you always know where everything sits and nothing goes live without your sign-off.

Will posting on social media get me leads?

Not on its own, and we won’t pretend otherwise. Organic posting builds trust and gives people something to look at when they’re comparing you to a competitor. It’s the thing that makes an ad believable rather than the thing that generates the enquiry. If leads are the goal, Meta ads do that job.

What does community management actually mean?

Replying to comments and DMs, thanking people for reviews, and passing genuine enquiries straight through to you rather than letting them sit unread for a week. On the Essential tier this is limited; on Growth it’s the full job.

Can I cancel if it is not working?

Three months minimum, then month to month with 30 days’ written notice. Same terms as everything else we do.

Stop meaning to post.

Tell us what you've got to work with and we'll tell you which tier makes sense.

No obligation, no pressure. If we're not the right fit we'll tell you.
