Content Creation

A proper camera on your site, not your apprentice's phone.

Video and photography of the work you actually do, shot on location around Adelaide and the Adelaide Hills, edited, and delivered ready to post or run as ads. The reason your marketing looks like a real business instead of a template.

Why it matters

Nobody trusts a $30k job to a blurry photo.

Content isn't "posting on social media". It's the only evidence a stranger has that you're good at what you do. A homeowner comparing three roofers will look at all three Instagram pages, and the one with real footage of real work wins before anyone picks up the phone.

It makes ads work harder

The single biggest lever on a Meta campaign is the creative. Good footage of your own jobs beats stock, beats graphics, and beats anything your competitor can buy off a template site.

It closes quotes

A photo library of finished work is something you can send with a quote, put on your website, and point a hesitant customer at. It keeps selling long after the shoot day.

It ends the scramble

One shoot day gives you weeks of material. No more standing on a roof at 4pm trying to remember whether you took a photo before you started.

What you get

Numbers, not "a selection of assets".

Every package has a written deliverable count. You know exactly what lands in your folder before you book.

Half day · $700

4 reels & 20 edited images

Up to 4 hours on location. Best for a single job site, a shopfront, or a first go at building a content library.

Full day · $1,200

8 reels & 40 edited images

Up to 8 hours. Enough to cover multiple sites, the team, the vehicles and a full job start to finish.

Monthly · $850/month

8 reels & 40 images, every month

One full day shoot each month, plus content planning and a schedule. The version that actually keeps your accounts fed.

Footage doesn't roll over month to month on the monthly package. The point is a steady stream, not a stockpile. Shoots within 30km of our base are included; further afield is quoted before booking.

How a shoot runs

From brief to delivered files.

The brief, seven days out

We send a template, you fill it in: what we're shooting, where, who's on site, and what the content needs to do. It takes about fifteen minutes and it's free. We don't shoot without one, because a day on site with no plan produces footage nobody can use, and you've still paid for the day. If you'd rather we did the thinking, we'll build the strategy and content plan for $450 per shoot.

Shoot day

Jack turns up with the gear and works around your job, not the other way around. Video and stills of the work in progress, the finished result, the team and the equipment. No stopping the crew for an hour of staged shots.

Edit and colour

Reels cut for vertical feeds with pacing that holds attention, stills colour-graded to a consistent look so your page stops looking like five different businesses.

Delivered within 10 business days

Files land in your library, ready to post or hand to whoever runs your accounts. One round of revisions is included if you come back within seven days.

Who's behind the camera

One person, who actually shoots.

Jack holds a Certificate IV in Photography and shoots professionally outside the agency. Over three months, automotive content on @j4cksls pulled 263,000 views and reached more than 100,000 accounts organically, with zero ad spend behind it.

That's not a vanity metric on this page. It's the reason we know what holds attention in a feed, which is the whole job.

Works with

Content is the fuel. The other two services burn it.

You can buy a shoot on its own and that's completely fine. But content does more when something is distributing it.

Questions

Shoots, deliverables and timelines.

How much content do I actually get?

A half day gives you 4 reels and 20 edited images. A full day, and every month on the monthly package, gives you 8 reels and 40 edited images. Those are the numbers written into the agreement, not a best case.

Do I need to plan the shoot myself?

We need a content brief seven days before the shoot, and we send you a template to fill in at no charge. We won’t shoot without one, because a day on site with no plan produces footage nobody can use and you’ve still paid for the day. If you’d rather not do it, we’ll build the strategy and content plan for $450 per shoot. Monthly package clients never pay this; planning is already in their onboarding.

How long until I get the content back?

Within 10 business days of the shoot. Longer around public holidays, and we’ll tell you upfront if that applies to your booking.

How many revisions do I get?

One round per deliverable, provided you come back within seven days of delivery and it doesn’t need a reshoot. Beyond that we’ll quote before doing the work, so you never get a surprise invoice.

Who owns the footage?

Ownership of the finished content passes to you once it’s paid for. Use it on social, on your website, in ads, on a van wrap, wherever. Raw unedited footage and project files stay with us unless separately agreed.

How far will you travel?

Shoots within 30km of our base in the Adelaide Hills are included in the price. Further afield is quoted before booking so there are no travel surprises on the invoice.

What if the weather is terrible on the day?

Shoots can be rescheduled free with 48 hours’ notice, and we’ll be sensible about weather on the day for outdoor trade work. We would rather move a roofing shoot than deliver you a day of grey, flat footage.

Can you shoot content just for ads?

Yes. If you’re running Meta ads with us, ad creative is already included in that package. Content Creation is for the wider library: the reels and photos that feed your social accounts, your website and your quotes.

Book a shoot, or ask what would be worth shooting.

Tell us what your business does and we'll tell you what a day on site would get you.

No obligation, no pressure. If we're not the right fit we'll tell you.
