Privacy
What we collect, and what we do with it.
Short version: we collect what you type into the enquiry form, we use it to reply to you, and we don't sell it or hand it to anyone else. Last updated 18 August 2026.
Who we are
Jacks Media (Jacks Media is a trading name of Jack Thomas Kinson, ABN 88 269 247 525) operates this website. If you have a question about anything on this page, email jack@jacksmedia.com.au.
What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect the details you enter: your name, business name, email address, phone number, the service you're interested in, your suburb or region, and your message. We also record which page you submitted from and your browser's user agent string, which helps us tell genuine enquiries from automated spam.
If you email or call us instead, we hold whatever you send us in the ordinary course of replying.
What we don't do
- We don't sell, rent or trade your details to anyone.
- We don't add you to a marketing list because you made an enquiry.
- We don't run advertising or analytics tracking scripts on this website, so there are no third-party marketing cookies to consent to.
Where it's stored
Enquiries are stored in our Supabase database, hosted in the Asia‑Pacific region. Access is restricted to Jacks Media. The website itself is served over HTTPS, so what you submit is encrypted in transit.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as they're commercially useful, typically while there's an active conversation, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Ask us to delete your enquiry and we will.
Client data
If you become a client, how we handle your business information, ad account access and content is governed by your service agreement rather than this page. Leads generated by your campaigns belong to you; personal details on those leads are automatically redacted in our client portal 90 days after submission, while the record itself is kept so historical counts stay accurate.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email jack@jacksmedia.com.au and we'll action it. If you're not happy with how we've handled a privacy matter, you can raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Changes
If this page changes materially we'll update the date at the top. There's no version history to dig through. This is the current position.
